All Membership dues are payable on or before January One (1) of each year.

Membership types available:

• Individual Membership $40.00 - Must be at least Sixteen (16) years of age to vote.

• Corporate Membership $45.00 - The corporate vote will be One (1). The name of the president will be submitted with the payment of dues, and the president will be the only voting member of this association.

• Partnership Membership $45.00 - Partnership vote will be One (1). The name of the voting partner will be submitted with the payment of dues. This partner will be the only voting member.

• Family Membership $45.00 - For One (1) individual plus spouse or other member of the immediate family. Eligible family members include spouse or unmarried children residing in the same household. Children under the age of Sixteen (16) are eligible to be members, but will not have voting rights. A $10.00 membership fee will be charged for each additional family member other than spouse or immediate family member.

• Life Membership $300.00 - The second family membership fee shall be as listed in Family Membership.

• Canadian Individual Membership $50.00
• Canadian Family Membership $55.00
• Canadian Partnership or Corporation $55.00
